Wonderful location next to Dontonburi!
I wanted to stay in Dontonburi, and the hotel was perfect for that; it is close to all of the attractions there. It is within reasonable walking to a subway/rail line for easy access to other parts of Osaka. The breakfast was incredible too. It was a Japanese-style breakfast with some Western elements. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family in Osaka.
The area can get a lot of rowdy because of the crowd though. Can hear sirens at night due to hotel's proximity to major road and tourist attractions.

Great location with good breakfast.
Perfect location if you want to stay near Dotonbori and Namba Station. Great selection for breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Late check-out was possible. We were pleasantly surprised how quiet the room was when you stay in Dotonbori area.
The airconditioner seemed a bit old and not as effective.
